Chen Ruolin won China's second gold medal at the Diving World Cup on Tuesday, capturing the women's 10-meter platform at the venue for the London Olympics. Chen, a two-time champion at the 2008 Beijing Olympics, had 405.25 points at the Aquatics Center and was followed by countryman Hu Yadan (397.10) and Russia's Yulia Koltunova (350.25).

ATLANTIC CITY - The "diving horse" has been put out to pasture before its planned comeback. The owner of Atlantic City's Steel Pier said Tuesday he's dropping a plan to bring back the legendary stunt after animal-rights activists lodged fierce criticism.
